Q. I published the files to your server, but I can't see my site when I go to the web? A. Several things could be in play: 1) Make sure if you are using FTP or the File Manager that you place the files within the folder called public_html. Only pages within this folder can be seen via a web browser. 2) Make sure your domain name servers have propagated throughout the internet. 3) Utilize the control panel's File Manager to ensure the files are indeed on our server.
