Q. I cannot access my site, cPanel, FTP or Webmail . . . what is going on?

A. You are probably blocked by our Firewall. For your accounts protection we utilize an advanced firewall that will block an IP address based on failed login attempts or other suspect activity.

Go to www.megaproxy.com and utilize their free trial to see if you can connect to your site. If you can, then we have your computer's specific IP blocked. Go to www.whatismyip.com and determine your system's IP address. Submit a support ticket including your IP address and we will unblock your IP from the firewall and explain why you were blocked.
