Q. How do I utilize a FTP program to publish to the server A. Once logged in with the FTP program, you will see two panes or windows. One is a list of files on your local hard drive. The other is a list of files on your site on our remote server. You may select files from the local drive and transfer them over to the remote drive by choosing the file from the one drive and choosing a destination on the other drive. Most transfers should be done in binary mode. Some perl scripts and other items may need to be transfered in ascii mode.
